Rental period:

One day (24 hours) with any fraction being considered as an extra day.

Age Requirements:

Minimum age: 23 years old with 2 years of driving experience.
Young driver supplement (23-25 years old): €12 per day, maximum €120.
There is no maximum age as long as you have a valid driving license.

Documents:

Citizen Card or Passport; valid EU driving license; credit card.
Please note that if you do not have an EU driving license, you will need to bring your international driving license with your original license to rent the car.
A driving license printed in a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be complemented by an international driving license.

Insurance:

The rates includes UNLIMITED PUBLIC LIABILITY & COLLISION. W/ a deductible amount (CDW) of:
Group A=1200€, B1/B2=1400€, C/D=1600€, E1=1750€, E2=2250€, F=2000€, G=2500€, J1=2500€, J2=2800€, L1/L2=3250€, M1/M2=3800€; N=4500€

Extra insurance:

Please note that customer negligence will never be covered under SCDW.

Please note that if you opt for Super-CDWinsurance, you will still need to leave a deposit of €200 on your credit card.

Occupants:

Upon payment of a daily fee, we offer occupant insurance.

Premium Roadside Assistance:

Upon payment of a daily fee, you benefit from Premium Roadside Assistance, in the event of breakdowns/damage caused by you.

Taking the car abroad:

Cross-border fee (to take the maximum car to Seville): €100 per rental.

Please note that prior authorization from Auto Prudente is required before taking the vehicle abroad.

Penalty for taking the car abroad without Auto Prudente’s permission: €700.

Additional driver:

Additional driver €12.00 per day, maximum €120.00 per rental (price per additional driver).

Guarantee deposit:

AUTO PRUDENTE may require a security deposit at any time, the value of which will be considered depending on the group rented.

A credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in the name of the main driver is required to collect the vehicle. Auto Prudente will not accept prepaid, recharged, or virtual credit cards.

Mileage:

Unlimited mileage except:

• 24-hour rentals – 500 km/day

• Commercial Groups have limited mileage: C3 – 600 Km/Day, C4 – 600 Km/Day, C5 – 600 Km/Day,

Fuel Policy:

Fuel is not included in our quoted rates.
All vehicles are delivered with fuel in the tank and must be returned with the same amount of fuel.
If the vehicle is not returned with the same amount of fuel that was collected, a refueling fee of €25.00 plus the cost of the missing fuel will be applied.

After hours:

Pick-ups/returns outside office hours: €40 (subject to availability).

Not included:

Fuel, fines, tolls, any damage to tires, loss of keys, collections in garages or parking.

Administrative fees:

Administrative fees ranging from €30 to €60 will be charged, depending on the infraction, whenever there is an obligation or need to identify or notify the customer, when required by the authorities, such as: traffic or parking fines; tolls; among other infractions.

Via Verde (E-Toll Device):

Activation of electronic toll (Via Verde): 5 euros/day, maximum €50.

Toll costs will be charged separately to the driver’s credit card.

If you use the electronic toll device without prior rental and authorization from Auto Prudente, a penalty fee of €30 will be charged plus the rental of the electronic toll device and the toll amount.

A penalty of €40 will be charged if the electronic toll device is not returned with the car.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

After the free cancellation period, a fee of 50% of the total reservation will be charged.

Others:

Vehicle inspection: The user will have the possibility of being present at the delivery and return of the vehicle.

The rental carried out is not necessarily linked to a specific vehicle (make/model, color, equipment, etc.), but rather to a group of vehicles with similar technical characteristics and habitability. The vehicle indicated on the Confirmation Voucher may be replaced by a similar vehicle, depending on the availability of the fleet available at the local service.

Please note that in the event of an accident or damage to your car, you should always contact Auto Prudente immediately. You will need to fill out a damage or accident report form for your insurance, otherwise you may not be covered.
